- Built at Meshblock level using the latest Census of the population.
- Provides additional variables which can be appended to your customer or prospect database for advanced modelling and segmentation:

Presence of children | Low score shows an area containing very few children and a higher score shows an increasing presence of children |
Presence of adults aged over 50 | Low score shows an area containing few people aged over 50 and a higher score shows an increasing presence of people aged over 50 |
Education | Low score shows an area containing little further education and a higher score shows an increasing level of further education |
Benefit level | Low score shows an area containing little benefits and a higher score shows an increasing level of benefits received |
Marital status | Low score shows an area containing a high presence of singles and a higher score shows an increasing presence of married couples |
The continuous scores are ideal for applications such as building statistical models and target selections and are normally distributed with an average of zero.
Factor scores are also available grouped in to ten equal 10% deciles where the lowest factor score equates to decile 1, increasing up to the highest score falling in decile 10.
